Papaya:

Several studies have proved that the juice of papaya leaves is very effective in increasing the platelet count. Therefore it is advisable to drink a glass of papaya juice daily in order to treat the problem.

Water:


Drinking normal water is actually very helpful in stimulating the process of platelet formation. Therefore it is advisable to drink plenty of water each day to improve the situation.

Lemon juice:


Lemon provides our body with a good amount of Vitamin C. Vitamin C helps in improving the platelet count. Not only this, Vitamin C also improves our immunity which in turn is very useful for preventing free radical damage of platelets.
