Reasons why looking aged

In our day-to-day life our lifestyle is getting changed, we are seeing that many people who are older than their age. Except for some reasons, bad lifestyle is responsible for most people being older than their age. The way we are living our lives, it is directly impact on our mental and physical health. This poor lifestyle is gaining prematurely. Age gradient is a normal process. It cannot be stopped.
However, the problem occurs when a person of 30yrs starts to feel like 40yrs. That is bigger than your age. The key reason foraging is an irregular lifestyle, wrong eating habits,  excessive intake of fast food and living lifestyle.

Over exposureTo The Sun:

Exposure to the sun is one of the biggest factors causing premature aging of the skin. This is why you see major aging of the face.  Sun exposure accounts for about 70 percent of the skin aging process. The radiation from the sun ruins the collagen fibers in our skin via oxidation. Once the elastic fibers of collagen become hard and brittle, their basic structure is destroyed in a process called solar elastosis, and the skin becomes hard-looking and dried out.

Food Habits:

The biggest hand in Aging is food habits. Fast food has replaced green vegetables and fruits. People prefer to eat outside instead of home. Actually, the balance between taste and health has gone wrong.

 Excessive Sugar Consumption:

If you have a sweet tooth, you most likely will show the signs of aging more quickly than you would like. When your blood sugar levels spike, it starts a process called glycation. This process can cause permanent damage to the collage of the skin. Once collagen becomes damaged due to glycation, your skin begins to show this damage via fine lines and wrinkles. Skin begins to lose its natural elasticity and firmness and begins to sag. Limit your sugar consumption, and find other ways to sweeten your life, such as fresh fruit.

Smoking:

Smoking Cigarette is fashion. If you smoke or spend time with smokers, then cigarette smoke increases the risk of aggravation, because smoking cigarette causes significant damage to the health, which clearly affects our skin. Simultaneously, cigarette smoke increases wrinkles and dryness on the skin.   

Less water Intake:

Water not only prevents the problem of ageing but also makes the skin healthy and glowing. But due to a sedentary lifestyle, people forget to take care of their health, which includes the skin care as well. Nowadays everyone prefers cold beverages instead of water, which is acidic, which affects skin a lot.
